A few things about me..
Physical and mental well-being
Physical and mental well-being go hand-in-hand and are at the core of a balanced and fulfilled life. I am passionate about helping people regaining their well-being. I have a scientific background having worked for many years within the academic world as a scientist on issues of ecology and biodiversity. Having studied nature in many of its forms has refined my sense of observation and has thought me the importance of balance. I translate these skills into my practice where I attentively listen and observe to understand how best to help my clients gaining a balanced lifestyle.
My journey to better health
I learned the importance of balance through my health journey as well. I loved my job as a scientist and conservationist, but I found it difficult to set limits. When COVID-19 hit, I found myself at home with a stressful job, teenage kids to look after while going through menopause. This led my cortisol levels to go off the charts. I then went to a nutritionist which helped me realise how stressed I was and what impact stress was having on my body. This started my journey toward better health. It was at that point that I decided to re-train as a nutritionist, having been inspired by the transformational work my nutritionist did with me.
